Hello! Riding the Winds of Change
Young minded kind of guy, I am fit, do Qi Gong exercise everyday , take a 1 hour brisk walk in the lovely English countryside around my home, and eat healthy. Like to travel, particularly in SE Asia (via flights to Hong Kong/ Shanghai / Beijing) where I spend 3 months each year in Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines during the cold, wet U.K. winter.
