I am retired from my career but still teach yoga as I have done for 20 years. Beside my love for yoga I very much enjoy being out and about in nature. Anywhere in nature. Hiking through the desert to soak in a remote hot springs, hiking through mountains to plunge in icy waters, riding my bicycle along the ocean shoreline, strolling through the Botanical Gardens. I miss having a love to share those things with ad well simple times like sitting together on the beach hugging as we watch the sunset. I enjoy food of all diverse ethnic creations especially Asian cuisine. I am not one who requires a fancy 5 star lifestyle but can enjoy that as well. Just looking for joy in life in all places. I am healthy and strong. Love being physical but I am not a jock or gym person. Watching or going to a movie a meal. Dancing at a drum circle, or somewhere or having our own private dance party for just two at home.
